What Is xml.solution?
xml.solution provides HTML forms based on the XML Schema 2.0 files and requirements set by the US IRS and OECD. Extensible Markup Language (XML). Financial Institutions are required to report account holder information to either the IRS (FATCA IGA Model 2 and Model 1 Option 2) or the Reporting Jurisdiction Tax Authority (FATCA Model 1 and CRS). Reports must be prepared in the XML (Extensible Markup Language) format conforming to the prescribed schema. The XML schema is used to describe and validate the structure and content of XML data. It defines the element, attributes, and reporting types.
